How we handle medical items
- HIPAA-trained handling. Packages stay sealed. We don't open, read, or photograph what's inside.
- No patient data needed. We run routes on facility names, stops, and package counts only.
- Seal and count checked at pickup and again at delivery.
- Secured in the vehicle. Items stay out of sight and away from other cargo.
- Written procedures. Our chain-of-custody, specimen-handling, and temperature-handling procedures are written down; ask for them with the capability packet.

When a sample or order can't wait for the next scheduled run, call dispatch. We take STAT and same-day runs when capacity allows. Scheduled route clients get first call.
